Problem

Inspection and assessment of existing vapor barrier condition (found in good shape with two minor seam separations that were re-taped), installation of a 70-pint capacity crawl space dehumidifier with automatic humidity setpoint, and routing of the drain line through the foundation to daylight on the exterior.
Result
